Evaluations
Good health care takes time and attention to detail. All evaluations consist of the office visit, which includes an extensive history, as well as a review of relevant documentation and phone contact with clinicians, medical providers, and school contacts, as appropriate.
This assists Dr. Pappagallo in gaining the best understanding of the issues leading to the consultation and it will allow her to formulate the most appropriate treatment plan for you, your family, or your child.
At the end of the consultation process, Dr. Pappagallo will provide recommendations which may include individual psychotherapy, medication management, or other modes of psychotherapy, such as group therapy, couples therapy, or family therapy.
During the evaluation process, or during the course of treatment, Dr. Pappagallo will always recommend the best treatment options, even if she does not provide the services herself. If this is the case, she will provide appropriate referrals.
